For 18 years our experienced immigration
lawyers in Dallas, Miami, and London, England,
have been preparing the time-consuming work on
your immigration cases so that you can enjoy your
life 'and' spend more time with your clients.
We research and write briefs, organize
exhibits, and prepare all the forms, and even
the cover letter. We can handle, inter alia,:
EB 1-5 green cards (including National Interest
Waivers); L, E, H, R, P and O visas; I130s; BIA,
AAO, BALCA, Circuit and Supreme Court appeals,
as well as health and criminal immigration waivers.
The firm is managed by an AILA lawyer with over
18 years' experience in immigration law and complex
case preparation. When you get the case it even
includes the cover letter and sign-heres. Simply
read, sign, and send out.
If we
can't win your case,
it probably can't be won.
If we
feel it can't be won, we won't take it in the
first place.
You are
always welcome to call us discuss a case before
taking it....no charge to our clients.
We provide you with intakes in
Word format that you can personalize. When clients
fill them out and fax or e-mail them to you, simply
forward them to us. We pay for Air Express both
ways.The case is on your desk in 10-15 business
days with sign-here labels, organized exhibits,
all the forms, and a Westlaw-researched customized
legal brief on pleading paper with a Table of
Authorities to cut down on RFEs.
When you call us, you always reach
the lead attorney; no time wasted. If the office
phone does not pick up, it is forwarded to his
business cell phone; our hours are 10-4 CST Monday
through Thursday. Rush and emergency-rush (48
hours) processing is available.
P.S. Some immigration lawyers
feel that hiring someone to help them diminishes
the value to the client. The reverse is true.
Six law firms have informed us that our quality
exceeded anything that 'ever' left their offices.
We feel that if we can't win an immigration case
it simply can't be won. The client is getting,
in our opinion, the best law available; we work
past 5, and 7 days a week to see to it, so you

We shred all of your materials when we are done,
unless you want them back (please send copies
only). We do not share your information with anyone.

We work with some high-profile firms and understand
privacy concerns. We 'never' talk with your clients
and likewise we don't want them to call 'us'.
We can only offer you this quality/price combination
if we can do what we do best in peace and quiet...and
that is high-level immigration law.
